NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF SHEBOYGAN FALLS
The Sheboygan Falls Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday February 26, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers
located at 375 Buffalo Street, Sheboygan Falls, WI. The Commission will
hear all interested persons relative to the application for a Conditional Use
Permit submitted by Nourish for the property located at 100 Alfred Miley
Avenue, Sheboygan Falls, WI. 53085. The requested use is for the property
to be used by Nourish, a non-profit organization, for educational purpose
for healthy eating, and the growing and cooking of healthy food. Part of
the use of this building will include the continuance of hosting events for
educational purposes as well as social events such as private parties and
weddings. This includes use the recently remodeled “Miley” barn, and the
near future expansion of new buildings including a kitchen with classrooms,
a pole barn,and a greenhouse building on this property.
The property is legally described as: Part of the North ½ of the SE ¼ of
Section 25 & Part of Lots 4, 5, 6, & 7 Block 3 of Assessment Subdivision
Number 1...City of Sheboygan Falls, WI. 53085. The Municipal Parcel
Number is 59282917920.
The Plan Commission will submit their recommendation to the common
Council after the Public Hearing.
